Not in? Not a problem.


There are different options depending on the courier your parcel is with.


Hermes:
You will receive an email or SMS message on the day your delivery is due. On this message you will have the option to request for the parcel to be left in a safe place or redirected to a parcel shop. After 3 delivery attempts the parcel will be automatically returned to us. It can take up to 14 working days for the parcel to arrive back at our warehouse.


DPD:
You will receive an email or SMS message on the day your delivery is due. On this message you will have the option to request for the parcel to be left in a safe place, with a neighbor or have the delivery rearranged.


Royal Mail:

You will be left a calling card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery.
