Payment information

We don’t store any payment information. Our payments are securely processed by a third party payment provider, so only when we take orders over the phone do we directly receive customer card details – which are immediately entered into the secure payment system. We will never retain any customer payment information.


Marketing

Provided that you have opted in, we will send you emails about new products, offers and material related to products you have already purchased. It is also possible to specifically request to be notified when an out of stock product returns to stock, or to receive an email to remind you of your basket contents. In each case we will only send you emails according to your subscription. 


Unsubscribing

You can opt-out of receiving marketing emails at any time. The easiest way to do this is to click the unsubscribe link that is included in the footer of every marketing email that we send. Alternatively, please complete a contact form on the website, including the email address you want to unsubscribe.
